Sunday, Fun Day! Hickory Visit

Kennedy loved watching Papa play the keyboard at church this morning! Brittany and I both snickered though when half way through the sermon she said out loud, "The End!"

We walked over to the church's Parable Garden to see the hens  (or "First Ladies") after the service.

Next we packed a lunch and went out on the boat until they had to leave mid-afternoon. Too soon!

Short, But Perfect Hickory Visit

Brittany had a wedding invite last weekend for a venue about an hour and a half from here, so spent the night at our house. She brought Kennedy along to play with Nana and Papa!!

Ready to head out for an afternoon of wet adventures!!

Nothing like a Splash Pad on a hot summer day!! Pure bliss!!

From there we went to the neighborhood pool.

And ended the day with dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
